- Next we can arrange an online or offline meeting to fill in the detailed brief about your preferences, talk about plot location as well as covering the whole design & construction process with options that we can offer.
- We will check your plot building requirement (if you have already purchased one) and give you an offer with estimates of time and initial costs and stages of the project (based on your preferences, plot location and plot building requirements).
- Then we can sign the contract and start our work.
We believe that trust has to be earned and we will do our best to exceed your expectations. Therefore we break up the whole process in stages, so that with each step we prove ourselves and only then we can move to the next stage. Each stage and service will described in contract with the weekly communication from our side to notify you of every step and progress during the whole period of the project.
The whole project can be split generally in 3 main stages (in practice there are many more):
The permitting process is the one, that is hard to predict, but usually it takes longer in bigger municipalities (like Belgrade, Novi Sad etc) than in smaller or remote areas due to the higher workload of permitting departments.
- Design Stage (includes concept & architectural design, engineering part etc)
- Approvals and Permits Stage (including Building Permit and Utilities Permit)
- Construction Stage (including delivery, installation and final checks)
- Design stage depending on you request and location requirements can be finished in 2-3 month
- Approval and Permits - depending on municipality of location and location requirement takes from 2 month
- Construction Stage 4-5 month
