Each module is fully finished house with everything preinstalled, so there is no worries for new owner

- Interior with furniture, fully fitted bathroom with toilet and shower, storage cabinets and kitchen (depending on floor plan), aluminum doors and windows.

- Choose the model, contact us and give us the location of your plot/land.
- We check the delivery route and once we confirm, you can make a prepayment.
- Your house is being built (usually 2 - 3 month), in meanwhile we help you prepare the plot.
- Final payment and your house is delivered to your site.
It really depends on the location and the perpose of the house.

Of course! We try to provide best product and service. We are confident in quality of our homes, so we give 5 year warranty on frame, exterior cladding and 1 year on engineering and interior materials.
You need to have:
- plot of land (purchased or about to be purchased)
- availability of electricity connection (or you can go with solar option)
- place to connect to sewage and water supply
Atom module is a wooden frame house. It has enforced wooden floor slab to give it a solid base to withstand transportation and to give it a long term stability. We use only high quality dried timber which is additionally treated against insects and for fire protection. Exterior is made of aluminium cladding which is very durable and gives it sleek look. For windows and entrance door we use solarsafe glass for UV and overheat protection and longlife aluminium frame.
